Ucom is among the best operators in CIS countries, Georgia and Ukraine

DMTel published a survey on quality research of mobile connection services.

According to the survey, the best voice connection and data exchange services in CIS countries, Georgia and Ukraine are provided by Ucom-ը (Armenia), Velcom and MTS (Belarus), NUR Telecom Company (Kyrgyzstan), Uzmobile (Uzbekistan) and Vodafone (Ukraine).

“These operators are in line with the leading European operators in providing quality customer service within the networks of mobile connection (affordability, consistency, speech transfer quality, data exchange speed),” the report reads.

According to DMTel, the leading operators provide their subscribers with quality voice services and speed, which is enough to offer modern services for data exchange (WEB Browsing, E-Mail, Social Media, YouTube and so on)
